VXL reference: diagnostic families
Diagnostic codes have the form VXL-<L><NNN>; the letter is the family. The compiler registers 607 codes in crates/vextor-vxl/src/diag.rs; every registered code carries a pointer, a hint and a documentation anchor, and the full per-code table with each code's phase and meaning is §13.0.
